{"id":4850,"date":"2021-02-02T02:47:00","date_gmt":"2021-02-02T02:47:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/geografi.sci-ui.id\/?p=4850"},"modified":"2026-01-07T02:49:18","modified_gmt":"2026-01-07T02:49:18","slug":"cara-menghadapi-covid-19-dengan-feeling-good","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/geografi.sci-ui.id\/en\/cara-menghadapi-covid-19-dengan-feeling-good\/","title":{"rendered":"Cara Menghadapi COVID-19 dengan Feeling Good"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Humpunan Mahasiswa Departemen Fisika FMIPA UI angkatan 2020 menggelar kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat secara daring pada hari Minggu, (31\/01) melalui platform Zoom Meeting. Kegiatan itu mengundang ahli psikologi klinik satelit makara UI Diana Rahmawati, M.Psi. sebagai narasumber, dan melibatkan 304 peserta dengan latar belakang mahasiswa UI dan luar UI serta para remaja dari kalangan umum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aryo Haris Wirakusuma selaku ketua pelaksana, menjelaskan, tujuan diselenggarakannya program ini adalah untuk membantu masyarakat menghadapi pandemi COVID-19 dengan menjaga kesehatan mental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLebih dari satu tahun, pandemi Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19) telah menjangkiti dunia termasuk Indonesia. Keadaan ini memicu munculnya masalah multidimensi. Salah satunya dalam dampak kesehatan yakni kesehatan jiwa, yaitu keadaan saat seseorang akan mengalami stres seperti emosi yang tidak terkendali hingga gangguan berpikir sehat\u201d. kata Aryo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam pemaparannya, Diana menjelaskan, pada hakikatnya, emosi telah ada sejak bayi yang ditunjukkan melalui gerakan-gerakan tertentu. Emosi muncul karena penilaian kita terhadap suatu peristiwa. Emosi akan timbul bila peristiwa tersebut menyentuh kepedulian dan kesejahteraan seseorang. Jika stimulus sesuai dengan yang diharapkan maka akan muncul emosi positif. Sebaliknya jika stimulus tidak sesuai yang diharapkan maka akan muncul emosi negatif. Emosi negatif bila tidak terkontrol akan bersifat destruktif sehingga mempengaruhi kehidupan seseorang contohnya sifat marah. Marah dapat disebabkan: merasa disalahkan, diperlakukan kurang adil, merasa dikhianati, kurang control, dan lain sebagainya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMarah dapat ditunjukkan dengan cara menyerang seseorang, merusak barang di luar perkiraan (Open Aggression), cenderung menyalahkan diri sendiri, sinis (Passive Agressive), dan mengekspresikan dengan tegas dan tenang (Assertive). Pada orang yang agresif, tampak reaksi terhadap rangsang emosinya berlebihan. menurut teori kognitif, pusat emosi berasal dari sistem limbik pada otak. Pada bagian amigdala-lah yang bekerja sebagai pengatur emosi. Ketika amigdala dominan, kemampuan berpikir pada Prefrontal Corteks akan menurun\u201d. terang Diana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Terdapat 3 masalah utama yang mendasari emosi seperti sulit memecahkan masalah (tidak terlatih berpikir kritis, jadi lebih sering emosi), tekanan bertubi-tubi, dan komunikasi yang kurang cakap (susah mengatakan isi hati kepada orang lain). Terkait cara menstabilkan emosi, Ia berbagi tips kepada para peserta, langkah pertama adalah relaksasi. Relaksasi dapat dilakukan dengan meletakkan satu tangan di dada atas dan satu tangan lain di perut, kemudian tarik nafas lalu lepas nafas dengan nyaman dan serelaks mungkin, langkah selanjutnya yaitu Neutralize the situation (menetralkan situasi), kemudian Remember 6 second rule (memikirkan alasan untuk marah selama 6 detik), Count your blessing (Menghitung betapa bersyukurnya berkah yang kita dapatkan), Reflect (mengantisipasi hal yang membuat marah sehingga tidak akan terulang hal yang sama) dan Mindfulness training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tak hanya emosi, lanjut Diana. Ada faktor lain yang dapat mengganggu kesehatan jiwa seseorang. yakni sesat berpikir. Sesat berpikir yang dimaksud diantaranya All or Nothing Thinking (sugesti bahwa apapun akan tidak sesuai ekspektasi), Overgeneralizing (sugesti bahwa semuanya akan berakhir buruk\/minder sebelum bertindak), Disqualifying the positive (tidak mau melihat keuntungan dari suatu masalah, menganggap tidak penting kejadian positif), Personalization or excessive responsibility (menyalahkan diri sendiri sebagai oknum yang bertanggung jawab), hingga Should statements (menggunakan syarat terlalu tinggi untuk diri sendiri dan orang lain). Sesat berpikir tersebut harus dihindari dan dihilangkan demi menjaga kesehatan jiwa.
